How Scout handles marketing analytics, candidate data, and what stays inside the workspace.
Scout AI is built for recruiting workflows. Public marketing analytics may collect page views, referrals, and CTA interactions. Product data such as resumes, candidate evaluations, transcripts, and customer account data is never stored in the marketing CMS.
Candidate data is treated as sensitive operational recruiting data. Scout's posture is to avoid using customer candidate data for model training or cross-customer profiling without explicit contractual and disclosure basis.
Scout keeps marketing-site content separate from product workspace data. Access to operational recruiting records is scoped to the customer workspace and the infrastructure providers required to run the service.
