What counts as a credit?
One credit = one resume evaluation. You only spend credits when Scout scores a candidate against a role. Re-running a score on a candidate you already paid for is free.
Can I top up if I run out mid-month?
Yes. Top-up packs (1k / 5k / 10k credits) carry over until used. No expiry, no surprise overage charges.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each cycle. Top-up credits never expire and are spent only after the monthly allowance is exhausted.
How does billing work for teams?
Every plan is single-workspace, multi-seat. Invite teammates from settings — you pay for the workspace, not per seat.
