Does Scout train models on customer candidate data?
Scout's public posture is to avoid repurposing customer candidate data for model training or cross-customer profiling without explicit contractual and disclosure basis.
Can Scout integrate with an ATS?
Native ATS integrations are planned. The product direction is to keep integration adapters separate from core recruiting workflow logic.
